NewCity

NewCity is a city-building and farming simulation built around managing resources. Players design their own city and keep it growing. It has more than a million active users on Google Play and CafeBazaar, with a 4.8 out of 5 rating.

What we did:

• Live-ops features such as an event pass and daily rewards, configured remotely so a new event doesn’t need an app update.
• Deep profiling of the runtime issues players reported, which cut memory overhead by about 30%.
• Support for several languages in both right-to-left and left-to-right scripts, with translations pulled from an online dataset.
• A modular UI redesign with new visual effects, to keep players coming back.
